What makes you dense?
Knowing what work looks like in the physical helps explain it in the non-material. Some people act like emotions and feelings don’t matter, because they are not material, but the lack of movement of them creates matter. Emotions that are stuffed deep down, unquestioned, unexpressed creates density.
We seek matter (food, television, clothes, drugs and accesories) to distract from the discomfort. Some people keep a lot of things people, things, feelings, experiences and such. Their minds, bodies, and hearts become cluttered with daily thoughts, emotions, and obligations.
Work, by definition, consist of using energy to displace an object. All things are objects even people. See object relations theory. Yet that is besides the point.
Moving experiences, thoughts, beliefs and feelings out of the body is work. Honestly this is the only work I see worth doing, because without these what is life? Energy healing, lightwork, psychotherapy, coaching are moving the nonmaterial in order for it to not cause disease in the body.
Again I was trying to understand density. We call people dense when we perceive them as dumb. Yet I believe density is an inability to receive an idea, perception or belief even when it is beneficial to them. Denseness is like a rock that has been covered in dirt, plants, and more dirt., All the rains, wind and heat only turn the rock into a bigger one. A belief that has been so settled and unmoved, and covered that it is almost unrecognizable by the owner is denseness. Everyone can see a dense person’s ego, nonsense except them.
Denseness is nature is stratum. In the collective of people is strata. In an individual it is….
